Summary

An office in Sea Isle City lost air conditioning due to a communication error between the indoor and outdoor units. With limited clearance around the system, restoring comfort required careful troubleshooting.

The Work

Diagnosed communication error affecting AC system performance
Worked within a 27 inch clearance to access and assess both indoor and outdoor units
Completed all service actions needed to restore system connection and readiness

The Outcome

After our visit, the office regained reliable air conditioning. The system now communicates properly, helping keep workspaces comfortable for staff and visitors.
