Summary

A pair of Kohler toilets on different floors began showing signs of unreliable flushing and filling. To address the disruption, our client requested a thorough repair that would restore both fixtures to dependable operation.

The Work

Supplied and installed new fill valve assemblies and flush valve gaskets for two toilets
Removed and disposed of the old internal valves and gaskets
Reassembled each toilet and restored water service
Adjusted water levels, then tested for correct filling, flushing, and leak-free shutoff

The Outcome

Both bathrooms now have toilets that refill quickly and flush as they should. The risk of leaks is reduced and daily use is more dependable for everyone in the property.
